Privacy policy

What we collect when you enquire

• Your name, mobile number, type of business, town or city and the plan you are interested in.
• Which ad or link brought you here (campaign tags such as utm_source, and the ad click id Meta or Google adds to the link), the page you landed on and your browser type. This tells us which ads work so we can stop paying for the ones that don't.

Why we use it

• To call or WhatsApp you about your enquiry, build your preview and deliver your site.
• To keep a record of your order, payments and refunds.
• To measure which of our ads lead to enquiries.

We never sell your details, and we don't add you to bulk marketing lists.

Cookies and analytics

Nothing beyond what the site needs to work loads until you choose in the cookie banner. You can change your choice any time from the footer link "Manage cookie preferences".

• Analytics (only if you allow it): Microsoft Clarity shows us how visitors use the page (scrolls, clicks, anonymised session replays) so we can fix confusing parts. Form fields are masked.
• Advertising (only if you allow it): the Meta Pixel tells Meta that a visit or enquiry came from one of our ads, so the ads reach similar businesses.
• Optional box on the enquiry form: if you tick it, we send your phone number, first name and town (in coded, hashed form) plus your business type, chosen plan, IP address, browser type and the ad you clicked to Meta through its Conversions API, only to measure which ads led to your enquiry. You can withdraw this by messaging us on WhatsApp, and we will stop any further sharing.
• Always on, anonymous: we count page visits, plan clicks and form starts on our own server without cookies, IP addresses or any visitor id. These counts cannot identify you.

Where it is stored and for how long

Enquiries are stored in our own database on servers we manage, with daily encrypted-transport backups. Only our team can see them, through a password-protected admin screen. We keep an enquiry for 24 months after our last conversation, and order and payment records for 8 years because tax law requires it. Then we delete them.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run this: our hosting provider, Razorpay (our payment gateway) when you pay, WhatsApp to message you, and Microsoft or Meta only if you allowed analytics or advertising cookies, or ticked the optional sharing box on the enquiry form.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us to show you, correct, or delete your details, or withdraw your consent. WhatsApp us and we will act within 7 working days. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
