Terms of service

1. Plans and prices

Year-1 .in domain, hosting and SSL are included in every plan. The price you see when you book is frozen for your order; later price changes never apply to you.

2. Preview first

You book a build slot for ₹199. We then build a working preview of your site and share the link. If you approve, you pay the plan price minus ₹199 and we launch. If you don't, the ₹199 is refunded as described in our refund policy.

3. Delivery date

The delivery period starts once your slot is booked and we have the details we need from you (business name, photos, services, contact details). We give you one date before you pay the balance. If we miss a preview date we promised, your slot fee is refunded automatically.

4. Your content

You confirm that the photos, logos, text and prices you send us are yours to use. We may use stock images we are licensed to use where you don't have your own. We don't publish anything misleading, unlawful or that copies another business.

5. Ownership

The site is yours. The domain is registered in your business's name. If you stop the Care renewal, we give you the site files and help move the domain to you, so you can host it anywhere.

6. Yearly Care renewal

From year 2, the Care renewal on your plan keeps the domain, hosting, SSL, backups and WhatsApp support running. The renewal price stays locked as long as you renew without a gap. After the due date there is a 15-day grace period during which the site stays online. After that the site shows a short "temporarily offline" notice for 30 days, after which we send you the files and start the domain transfer to you.

7. What we don't promise

We set up your site so Google, Maps and AI assistants can read it properly, and we do the work listed on your plan. We don't promise a particular search ranking, number of calls or sales, because those depend on things outside our control.

8. Liability

If something goes wrong because of us, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for that order or renewal. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version on this page on the day you book applies to your order. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
