Refund policy

The ₹199 preview slot fee

1. Don't like the preview? Tell us "not for me" and the full ₹199 is refunded within 5 working days. No questions.
2. Like it? The ₹199 is deducted from your plan price, so you pay only the balance.
3. We miss the preview date we gave you? You get the full ₹199 back automatically, and you can still continue if you want.
4. No reply for 30 days after we send the preview? We refund the ₹199 and close the slot.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the same UPI account or payment method you paid from. We share the transaction reference (UTR) with you on WhatsApp once it is sent. Until then we will say "refund initiated", never "refunded".

After you approve the preview

Once you approve the preview and pay the balance, we put the site live on your domain. Because the work is finished and the domain is registered in your name, the plan price is not refundable after launch. If something we listed on your plan is missing, we fix it at no cost: that is what the included rounds of changes are for.

Yearly Care renewal

The renewal keeps your domain, hosting and SSL running for the next year. If you renew by mistake, tell us within 7 days and we refund it in full, unless the domain renewal has already been paid to the registrar, in which case we refund the renewal minus that domain cost and show you the registrar receipt.
