Delivery policy

How you receive it

We send your preview as a link on WhatsApp. After you approve and pay the balance, the site goes live on your own domain and we send you the live link plus the login or file details for anything you own.

When

• Basic: 3 working days
• Medium: 5 working days
• Premium: 7 working days

The time counts from when your ₹199 slot is booked and we have your business details. If we miss the preview date we gave you, your slot fee is refunded automatically. See the refund policy.

Print items

Where a plan includes a Google review QR card, we send it as a print-ready file. Printing is not included.
